You may return merchandise within (30) days of receipt of your order. Prior to returning your merchandise, please email support at customerservice@iceboxmail.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). You will need your order number and reason for return. Once you have your RMA#, you can send returns to Icebox Support Attn: Returns Department, 3993 Tradeport Boulevard, Atlanta, Georgia, 30354. Upon receipt of the merchandise, a credit to your card will be issued.

Unfortunately, no. All deliveries will come via FedEx/UPS and must be delivered to a physical address.
